PixelTools provides free, browser-based image editing tools. All processing occurs locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or have access to your images.

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the Service
- Not use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
- Not use the Service to process illegal or harmful content
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you process using PixelTools. We make no claim to your content. The PixelTools brand, code, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will produce specific results, be error-free, or be available at all times. Image processing results depend on your browser, device, and the input image.
6. Limitation of Liability
PixelTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your images.
7. Advertising
The Service may display advertisements from third-party providers (Google AdSense). These ads help keep the Service free. Ad content is determined by the ad provider and is not endorsed by PixelTools.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
